Change of Mind Returns

We understand that circumstances may change, and you may decide to return a product due to a change of mind. We offer a 30-day return policy for unopened and unused products. To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unopened and in its original plastic wrapping.
  • It should be in its original packaging.
  • Opened items cannot be returned.

If you meet these criteria, please contact us via email at info@dynapain.com to initiate the return process. Once you contact us, we will provide you with further instructions on how to proceed with the return.

Upon receiving the returned item, our team will verify its condition. If the item meets our return criteria, we will issue a refund to your original payment method.

Please note that certain items, such as pillows, cannot be returned or exchanged for hygiene and security reasons. We strongly recommend that you carefully read the item description before placing your order.

Refunds and Replacements

Faulty or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is faulty or damaged, please contact us at info@dynapain.com and provide a video and/or photo demonstrating the issue with the product. Depending on the situation, we may request that you send the product back to us for further evaluation.

If the product is confirmed to be faulty or damaged, we will offer you the choice of a replacement or a refund, as you prefer and if eligible. In such cases, you will be responsible for covering the shipping costs to return the item to us, and we will refund the value to you based on your postage receipt.

Lost Returns

Please be aware that we are not responsible for items that are lost in transit during the return process. We recommend using a trackable shipping method and keeping a record of the tracking number for your return shipment.

Refund Process

All refunds will be issued in accordance with your original payment method. The refund process may take between 3-5 business days to complete. If you are uncertain whether a refund has been processed, please check your spam folder or contact us for further information.

Important Notes

  • Do not attempt to repair or modify the item yourself, as products that have been opened or altered will automatically lose eligibility for a refund or replacement.
  • All returned items will be tested, and if they are found to be in perfect working condition, they will be returned to you.
